ai you guys, its only because you met a few afrikaans kids who cant keep there mouths that you have to hate all of them, i have met my fare share of english and afrikaans guys who were real dicks because they "know everything". So just because one laaitie is like that doesnt mean we all are !:cry:

Shame Noodle. I totally didn't mean this as a slur against all Afrikaans people. I'm at Stellenbosch University and my girlfriend is afrikaans. I was especially just shocked at the racism of the above mentioned people. There are just as many english dicks out there. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Just in general there are sooo many SA idiots on the HoN servers! :-/

Ah and me and my group is vrek rude and racist with each other.... but thats coz we understand each other and we gam(including our white friends) :P

But ja some mense is just rude and onodag hey. They actually gonna scare away the new(now that its free) players.
I had a friend that was entirely new to HoN and knew almost nothing about how to play etc, but we tried to help him. The rest of the team were such dicks(pfft what is it to win 4v5, easy stuff, scared fools) the one guy kept going afk for a while and moaned the whole game long no matter how many times I told them he's new.

Im Afrikaans.
Doesn't mean when I play online I behave like a moron.
Im not saying there aren't afrikaans people in gaming who behave badly,
but believe me , Ive seen my share of unbelievably rude people from other countries as well.
Last night I played League of Legends with some guys from Germany who where unbelievably rude.
Its not to say if youre on a SA server everyone whos afrikaans in a game with you will be a bunch of douche bags.
One has to build a white & blacklist and only play with people you get along with.
Some times people need to realize its only a game that they are playing and need to grow up.

I do however find people from other countries with weird accents being rude and loud extremely entertaining though. Weird thing is people actually follow their "orders". Ordinary text chat not so amusing though.

Ahoy Noodle (one from War3 right? hai hai) :)

Being a dick is common to every language group but my experiences on the War3 server (even a few years back, lost interest after a while) but having played for quite a few years on War3 I watched it slowly develop in to a racist cesspool. Unfortunately it seemed to come from the Afrikaans "kiddies".

While not entirely racist on HoN, there is also that horrible treatment of players springing up from time to time. I just banlist / ignore the worst elements :)

LOL was wondering what the Nyan Cat was gonna be for, had a feeling it's a courier but ja.
Will both the flying and ground courier look the same? Will be interesting to see.
