Firstly, congrats on losing 8.5kg's in 2 months :O Don't know how you did that? Please pm me or something, I could use some tips.More importantly, find other hobbies as well. I've started gymming in the evenings directly after work instead of playing WoW as soon as I get home and it's given me a metric crapton more energy than I had before, not to mention losing 8.5kgs in 2 months.
I also bought myself a road bike, bought a kindle and took up scuba diving. So now my weekends no longer consist of me playing games all day, but rather a case of me trying to find time to play games - rather than play games out of boredom, which brings back the enjoyment.
Give it a try...see what's what. Oh - and stay away from MMO's!
Secondly, I completely agree with you, doing something completely different on weekends and even on weekdays makes your game time more special. Or if you're not in the mood for games, it keeps you busy.
