SEACOM also terminates somewhere in India, so in some cases data may come through there.
It's really funny to think that MWEB finds it cheaper to send local data traffic to London and back again, than to peer directly with another local provider. Probably indicates just how much these guys are charging for local transit - it's ridiculous. I applaud them for making a stand.
Yeah, India and France I think. Though they have links going to London for PoPs or peering or some such thing. I'm not really that clued up on it.
Still, I agree that it is ridiculous that routing info half way across the world is cheaper than using a local network. Madness.
