I barely got word out to my mates before they were all gone. You had to spam refresh to get past the internal server errors.

I'll try and keep this thread updated with future giveaways.

Don't, playing an MMO beta is somewhat like eating an amazing cake when it is straight out of the oven, you just can't help yourself, it is hot, its fresh, hot enough to burn your mouth.

The problem is, the cake has big chunk out of it from your greed and now you have to ration it to yourself or it will be finished before you know it. If you had waited for it to come out of the oven, cooled down, you could have cut yourself nice slices and made it last for a long time.

Now when the cake is finished and other people are still enjoying theirs, you start realising it was all a lie.....

:D I'm well versed in betas. I just love seeing how things change come release. Many years down the line I enjoy the nostalgic value of the memory of betas.

Also, be aware of the NDA ...
Posting a screenshot of your loading screen ... probably not the best idea. If you break the NDA, both you and the friend you received the key from may have your access revoked.

True :D Even though I'm not identifiable from it and it's a silly thing, I guess they'd want to keep the entire game as secret as possible until release.
 
I think you'll find that you're more easily identifiable than you think. ;) I know quite a few of the WSC admins and they, and many members of the gaming press, do random Google searches for "WildStar BETA" and report people who leak their BETA status via Tweets/Re-Tweets etc. Hence the gentle warning above. :D

HECK YES! Medic reporting for duty! :D

This title has come a long way and continues to improve in leaps and bounds! I worked rather hard to procure my Black Ops BETA status by winning the 'Pay it Forward' competition in June 2013 and, from the forum sign ups and me asking on the Black Ops forum, seemed to be the first South African in (a bit MEH as there were no other South Africans to play with - except Unsane - I begged the community manager to give me one extra key!)

Currently downloading the massive Eldergame patch (which is taking for-ever ...) Hope to see everyone who hasn't gotten in yet soon so we can jam together! :)
