Rant..Nvidia are tards...lol

Is it really, though?

That's a kak lot of money for a graphics card.

Well the performance I'm getting is amazing. Running absolutely every game I can think of on ultra/highest with ease. Mind you, I am at 1080p but I have added custom resolutions to my monitor.

I won't be upgrading until we're on the 9XX series cards.

Tested Games
The Witcher 2
Metro 2033
Assassin's Creed: Black Flag
Battlefield 4
Tomb Raider
World of Warcraft 25man raids/40v40 battlegrounds

Everything gets completely maxxed out and runs on average around 90 - 105 fps. Games like AC4 are capped at 62.5 though. Other than that, Metro sometimes hits 160+ while playing and The Witcher 2 averages 80 fps.

This card performs extremely well and temps max at 65*C on air.

Just go have a look at the insane amounts of money the guys spend over on the Asus ROG forums!

Trust me, when this card launches there will be someone on there buying these babies for sli like my daughter would buy 5 lollipops just for the fun of it lmao!

I don't even want to think how much I have spent on pc parts over the last few years, my current setup is probably worth 40k right now.

And I shat myself when my total build came close to +-R15k:eek:

I did it step by step tho so didn't REALLY feel the R15k:p

Ok so I am not sure how many of you guys know about this but Nvidia are planning on launching a new Titan.
The card is called the Titan black and will set you back roughly $1300 :wtf::confused:

In actual fact its a normal GTX780Ti, They then added 3GB extra memory, then took a black crayon and wrote Titan on it. All this just before Maxwell is launching...

They are such money hungry idiots and they are really exploiting their customer base...Its retarded.

So its roughly $400-$600 more than a 780Ti, when in fact its the EXACT same card with more memory...There won't be non reference versions as far as I know, they will be voltage locked and honestly you would have to be a complete numpty to buy one over a 780Ti.

Ugh
Goddam Nvidia  Anyway they can get money, they will. Why wasn't this Titan Black released as the 780ti? I'm sure they know that pretty soon 3GB isn't going to cut it. I just wish companies stopped caring so much about profit, because in the end, it's only the elite few running the company and high up jobs who see bonuses and such. Arghhhh, why can't companies be nice?

Impressive...but can it run Crysis :p

I'm amazed that the temps are only hitting 65*C.

Well, frankly, if you're stupid enough to buy this card, you deserve to be exploited by a big corporate.

You have to be a tard to buy a bleeding-edge card anyway.

Not really, if you want to run high res's with maxed settings then it makes sense.
This card just doesn't make sense because its a card that already exists, they just clapped on more ram and renamed it Titan Black with a nice fat price increase.

Yeah fully agree.

So, for the price differential between the 780ti's, and what I paid for my 780s, I could buy 6/7ths of another 780 :p

Well now it's a better option over the Titan for multi-screen guys. Same VRAM with more horsepower at a ridiculous price.
