SimCity 2013

Well, on most MMOs I've always got alts on other servers for just such an eventuality. :P

Anyway, my current city is a bit of a disaster. I've focused on too many different things and I'm barely making any money now. What I'm going to do is amass a large pile of money (around $200 000 should be enough), then pause the game, bulldoze EVERYTHING and then start from scratch, building a city focused on coal and oil mining.

Does anybody know how the save slots/towns/cities on servers work? I want to play on my brother's account, but I don't want to mess around with his settings etc. If I play on a different server, will I be able to start a new game or is it all linked to the Origin account and not the server?
 
Saves are localised to a server. You can just play on another server and it won't interfere with his saves.

Unless you play where he play's you can't screw it up.

Awesome, thanks dudes! Just checked out the tutorial and I must say, it looks pretty decent. Will probably put some more time into it later, but for now it's back to Tomb Raider ...
 
Well, James and crzwaco are on EU West 4, as is around 16 members on the NAG forums, so I guess that's the official SA server. :p
 
Just been having some strange stuff since the update. What looks like SQL queries in the user interface... lol... otherwise just go to main menu and load again if this stuff happens to you.

Well yarr, I play on West 4/6 along with some mates.
