Haha yeah I know. I think I was more annoyed in that I got to that bull type creature and died as I tried to kill it which is alright. I had quite a few souls on me though plus humanity so I thought I'll just go and get it again but on my way there my controller lost its connection. Now with other games this is fine because the game pauses. Not with Dark Souls. A freaken skeleton warrior killed me as I was trying to get the controller to work again.

Eh, I knew what I was getting myself into though and yes even though it doesn't look like it, I am enjoying myself.

I raised my dexterity to 20 and finally managed to get that drake sword. Wow the sword makes a big difference! I killed the black knight so easily! I'm ready to take on the rest of the game now. This is what makes the game great.

I harvested enough souls to buy the key for the garden and thought I'll go take on the gargoyles before going down into the garden. Man, I was unprepared for how tough they are! Will try again later. Already died multiple times this morning.

Woot! I did it! Second try this morning and I beat the gargoyles and rang the bell. Man this game is awesome! Went down into the Darkroot Garden and kicked some ass there too, up until where you get the knight armour. Still got to go further and got to go through the locked door.

I need to get back into it but want to finish Skyrim's Main quest first. Will probably pick it back up in the new year.

After taking a break I played Dark Souls again today. Managed to beat the hydra in Darkroot Basin quite easily but after numerous tries I couldn't take down Grey Wolf Sif. So I'm just going to accept the loss of souls and humanity and go somewhere else for now.

Eh and in the Darkroot Garden I was invaded by another player and managed to kick his ass. Haha was big fun.
