Yeah, Dark Souls 3 is my priority right now. Then No Man's Sky.

Weird. Maybe the PS has been set up to mark the local date as release time? 00:01 on the 11th?

All I can find is 09:30PST so that devs are up in the US of A. No specific mention of any platform specific differences.

"1830 CET | 0930 PST | 0430 ACT [12TH MARCH] | 2130 GST | 2300 IST | 0130 SGT [12TH MARCH]"

PS4 FTW then! I hope it works for you. Nothing more off-pissing than sitting up all night hyping yourself up as you wait for midnight +1 to play a game, only to discover that someone screwed up somewhere and you were given bad info. Personally wont get time to go near it until (maybe) tomorrow late evening, so I'm happy to just get the pre-load sorted today.

Yip, but that seems to be Steam/PC specific. As Tom suggests, and that link confirms, PS4 (and XB1) will have a rolling local midnight launch.

PS4
If you're in SCEE regions (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Oceania), the game will have a rolling midnight launch, meaning that when it's 00:01 on March 11th in your country, the game will be available.

For SCEA regions, (United States, Canada and Latin America), the game will unlock for everybody at one time: March 11, 00:01 PST

Xbox One
HITMAN will have a rolling midnight launch, so when the clock hits 00:01 on March 11 in your country, the game will be available - with one exception.
In the US, all players will get access at the same time: March 11, 00:01 EST

PC via Steam
All PC players will get access to the game at the same time globally, starting on 09:01 PST, March 11.

I stayed up until about 1:00 this morning playing this. Really like it so far, will be playing some more today. Want to finish the missions first and then mess around with contracts mode. The only gripe I have so far is that the opportunities in the game make it too easy, but at least you can turn off completely or scale them down. They are great to do though.

I assume this is the console? I heard the load times can be frustrating :(

Hopefully PC and ssd make it manageable :)

PS4 yeah, loading times didn't seem like an issue to me. Try playing Just Cause 3 on console if you wanna see loading times :p

Well, about that...

I just started it up again and on second thought, it did load a bit long this time, but nothing majorly annoying. The level is massive so that is understandable to a degree.
 
Now available for play on the PC too. If only I was able to get some time on the PC
