yes & no.

Only 1 org account can own a company and 1 citizen usually has the username and password for that org account.
If you want to start a company with a partner and you trust him, you can give him the details to the org account.
If you want to start a company with others and issue shares to them, you should keep the account details to yourself and just issue them weekly dividends via donation.

No matter which way you go about it, always have a contract signed on the eRepublik forums. Here is an example of a contract which I recently signed for shares in a company -> http://www.erepublik.com/en/forum/topic/111850/american-weapons-corporation

Wow this does get detailed.... I can see some lawyers have been playing this... my contract woudl have only been about 5 lines long hahahaha

yes, IMO it's better to keep a contract simple but flawless as it would help the admins in sorting it out if there's a breach of contract. It can often take them up to a week or 2 to get it resolved.
 
No, where you are is the hospital you use ... so go to Army > Active Wars > look for a war involving Indonesia > fight once > go to hopsital and heal ;)
 
yea i did fight, took me down to 35 wellness. but only Q1 hospital in the area, so only gave me 10 wellness :( Damn KZN sh*t :p feels irl all over again
