Thief System Requirements Revealed

No need to really upgrade cpu both next gen consoles have weak cpu's and most games are made with them in mind the only real problem could be video ram with both cosoles having 8 GB of shared ram. Dont really see both consoles using much more than 4GB for graphics though. I don't really pay attention to recommended cpu specs.
Back to the topic, I really loved thief 2 so got my fingers crossed.

You are aware that all components on console MB's are directly connected to the board, no slots? This increases communication speed between everything by a lot more than you'd think.

Has anyone played the previous thief games? Would like to know if they were any good.

I played most of them and loved it loads. It is a real stealth game where you have to actually be stealthy otherwise you die. Most of the stealth games that comes out doesn't really penalize you for run and gun game play but these will.

You have different arrows like water, moss and rope that either puts out light sources or dampens footsteps. The aim is to not be detected and taking out guards silently and that is great.

So I'm really looking forward to this one big time. :)

The way you describe it reminds me of splinter cell, which I loved :)

Apparently you'll be able to do a no kill playthrough of Thief, which reminds me of the Ghost achievement from Dishonored which I'm still busy with. Does anybody enjoy playing a game like this to see if they can get through a game as stealthily as possible? :)

It's a tough challenge, since things get boring for me. Currently playing Blacklist like this or Perfectionist - Can't wait to go back on my next playthough and kill everything :p

It depends on how the game is structured as to whether I will play a no-kill run. For example the original Splinter Cell trilogy I played no-kill with a smile; Compare though Dishonored where quite a lot of violence was meted out in game.

Im suprised by the recommended specs being Intel i7 Quad Core

No offense dude but all your doing is necroing old thread and then posting one liners.
Is it so hard to post in threads that are current and actually offering something of value to the forum? Not just spamming to win a Xbox...
