I was reading up on it the other day while looking into some brain things.
Can't remember all the termalogigy most simplist explenation I can come up with is this.

Since a person is "Good" the brain devolop patterns for when you do good deeds or don't tell lies you get rewarded by pleasure impulses and when you do something "evil" lie you brain does not reward you.

Just finished Blackgaurds I must tell you the end was just a snore fest of battles that just never seems to end.

You had to complete a 9 stage arena battle or 3 battles each this is for exp so you can stand a chance at the 13 to come and boss battle.
You don't get enough skill points so you can't really spec into another weapon and sometimes enemies are immune to a damage and well even switching weapons with a low skill points assigned to it makes it feel like a joke doing 1-2 damage.
Also they fking kill the only range hero they give you in the game pretty early on. I have a 2H warrior with maxed out stats to give him damage and still the dwarf with a 1h axe and shield won in the damage numbers( O and he gets his axe on a side quest early on in the game and you keep it till the boss battle). So what is the fking use of using 2H weapons. (/Semi End RANT}

Now I hope to play another game with better rewards and not such fustrating battles.

You don't need a large team of developers to be effective. If the team is well synchronised and know each other's strengths and weaknesses you'll achieve much more than a horde of code bandits that just pillage and plunder the project.

My current team is incredibly well disciplined and know when to give over to another member. They're not shy in asking for help either, so they're very efficient as well. Loyal and dedicated as well.

Wow, so current company made a bold move and made 5 of my co-workers redundant. Thank bloody goodness I started see the writing on the wall and got a new job well in advance. It was a grim an teary friday.
 
Hagan, it is the sim, but since you are getting a new phone they make you do it again - I have to do it every time I upgrade

I applied for a few jobs. Just while I am waiting for my army application to go through. When to Manchester and spoke to a guy and said I should look into being artillery or tank crew. Will give me a trade once I am done in the army. So I think thats better than being infantry.

Will give me driving license,mechanical stuff aswell. Also Driving a tank :O

Do you guys do some sort of risk assessments? We do HAZOPs when we design stuff. Just wondering if some sort of risk assessment would solve some of your down the line problems.
