Longer term its more expensive but if you on the fence, its a good way to see if it's worth it.
Just remember to remove the recurring payment which is on by default.

I'm open to correction but XB1 games with gold only work if you have an active gold membership ?

You are correct sir! Games With Gold is a special perk for being a Gold member. Also what Gold members get is some additional specials during the month on a variety of games. These specials can range from anything from 10% off to a whopping 80% off certain games.

Unfortunately the list of games we get free with GWG isn't always the best games, but it's still free games, and who am I to look a gift horse in the mouth
 
I think the games are just a bonus, you need gold for multiplayer anyway.

P.S. have anyone managed to get any Xb1 games at the Hi-fi clearance ?
ALL PS4 & XB1 games are R150. GTA V, Ryse, far Cry 4, COD AVD Warfare, FH2, Forza 5, etc.

i went to Hifi yesterday, but they did not had any next-gen games. Only prev-gen, but my hifi corp nearby sucks.

That should be North American time zones, so try and check you consoles later tonight, or even tomorrow morning, as I'm sure you'll have it then.

Cool so that's around 10am here when it will start rolling out. With luck I'll get home after work and then it will be downloaded.

Wow and that first dashboard was ugly! Things have certainly come a long way.
 
I started the update this morning and my son walked past and said, "What's this doing on?!", and promptly turned off the console.

I don't think it would have affected it any how?

Nah they should surely code it in such a way to expect things like this to happen. I'm sure it'll be fine.

Haha yeah you do see those warnings. Hopefully it was during the download phase and it can just continue the download. :)

Halo is tough! It's definitely not an easy game. Busy playing the first one and it's fun.

I am very impressed. The world looks BEAUTIFUL! Did not expect the game look so good.
The obstacles are well done, might be more difficult compared to the previous title. It's a joy playing with her.

Only SMALL issue I have is her boobs, pun intended.
