Buying a game and spending large chunks of your life playing it repeatedly can lead to you losing any sort of objective view of the title.
What you see as an “advanced gameplay feature” is actually a hernia-inducing pain for most, while your “additional game benefits” could more accurately be described as “that thing which I will never use or investigate further than pressing close when it pops up on the screen”.
Fortunately there are a bunch of gaming enthusiasts who provide much needed perspective on big titles from time to time. They are the team behind Honest Game Trailers.
