Zombie survival shooter 7 Days to Die gets release date for Xbox One, PS4

26 May 2016

To everyone’s dissatisfaction, local co-op games have become a neglected focus in the gaming industry, but The Fun Pimps’ upcoming zombie shooter, 7 Days to Die, is embracing it fully.

7 Days to Die is an open-world survival game which blends FPS, survival horror, tower defence and RPG, and will release for Xbox One and PS4 via digital stores on 28 June, with a retail edition hitting a few days later on 1 July – but best of all, it features split-screen.

Online multiplayer modes are also available, but the addition of split-screen “just makes sense” according to the developers.

Pre-ordering the game will also give players access to five exclusive character skins from The Walking Dead, including Michonne and Lee Everett.

7 Days to Die is currently available for Windows, Mac OS X, and SteamOS and Linux in Early Access on the Steam platform.

On second thought, don’t just copy paste from other articles. This is a bit of an embarrassment.
