I also built a new PC a year ago and stuck on 4GB RAM for the time being. The problem is that so far very few games actually require more than that. Everyone keeps going on about how you need 16GB nowadays, but unless you're going to multitask I haven't actually come across many games that push more than 4GB.
I'm adding 4GB and I suspect 8GB should tide me over for another year or two.
The game actually crashes exiting certain missions, due to the lack of RAM (is what I suspect).
This game uses at least 95% of my RAM so I can excuse the stutter. Battlefield 4 uses around 75%; loading times and stutter are far more significant there. Explain that...
