So then ask for a refund or just stop playing. Do you think crying about it will help or that they read these posts? Post it on their official forums or their facebook/twitter and hope they fix it.

Also I was replying to wheunis who was talking about the server capacity issues....Reading difficulty, haha.

Ahh yes. The masterful debate ender of "You're pathetic and have no life; I am right no matter what; LOOK OVER THERE!!!".

Now that we have gotten to that within 5 minutes, lets see if there is any ACTUAL arguments to arise...

So do you think they should have rented an excessive amount of server space or w/e so the first few hours of the game was better for the players logging in? Honestly...the game is already without a sub, do you expect them to go leaps and bounds above any sub based mmo just for the first few hours. They have already fixed it....

And i would really like to know, why are you on the forums and not playing now? Login is fixed. I also never said you had no life.

Oh yeh and btw, launch is on 28th. This is just a headstart. The official launch is on the 28th.

Early access incentive or not. It is a feature that was toted as part of the sale. When features are part of the sale, and not delivered, EVERYONE has a RIGHT to be pissed about it.

So... extra servers for "a few hours"...
Seems to me right off the bat more like a few days.
Heck, last I checked, the Diablo 3 rush didn't "die out" for almost 5 weeks...

Oh, almost forgot... you say they "fixed it".
How do you imagine they got hold of the extra server capacity in such a small timeframe?
Don't you imagine they could've saved a LOT of frustrated customers the aggrevation and planned better beforehand, renting additional to begin with?

Think you guys must go work for Anet or blizzard then, seeing as you have all the answers.

I am starting to think it is pointless to argue with you haters. Oh yeh and wheunis, you seem to have put in a large amount of time in this argument seeing as the average head start issues did not even affect you...wayyy too much time actually.

It is also not a server capacity issue, it is just the login bottleneck. When you are on the server its fine, it is the login part, which is much harder to fix than simple not enough space on the game server for everyone.

But really, what do i know?

So for the 3rd time i ask you, show me any login server that does not go down after this amount of hammering by so many people at once the first time it goes online. Show me one. Until then, i stick with my point that it is nearly impossible.

All they had to do was add a queue system to the login server if they don't have it already

We'll I've had a blast so far, did the character creation at like 06:10 on Saturday and also finally decided on what race/profession to play.

The game looks beautiful and runs absolutely smooth, decided to roll on Aurora Glade for now opposed to my EU friends on Gandara.
I was lucky I guess, I was taking a break round about the time when the real login issues started, but other than that had a great time so far in-game, I even convinced a friend(had him start a character on my account) to get it as well. :)
 
Im liking the multi guild thing very much. Makes it easier to keep track of mates or people you meet online :D

Fell behind in levels a bit due to late start on saturday, but ill catch up :D
 
Joined Gunners Hold server, noticed our rivals are Arora Glade :) good stuff. manage to make it to level 24 already, but at work today :(

Yeah, I also didn't get a lot of playtime this weekend, but I'll make up for it tonight. For the first 8 levels of the Sylvari, I'm loving it. The game is great, in spite of the teething problems. Loving it!

Yeah also on AG, Having fun not a bad server, English is generally spoken and when anything else is they are quickly reminded to speak Eng lol.

Having fun with my Elem. Human. One question though is there an updated map somewhere out yet keep missing points, looking for the lsat Skill point in Kessler Hills atm....

That defeats the whole purpose of exploring (but yes ill agree the human land is ALOT of running, went there with my Asura for a story instance my goodness 30 minutes of running)

Ive explored Metrica Province, Rata Sum (asura land) and Brisbane Wildlaands 100% so far 11% world map completed lol.
